How to request deletion
1. Email [email protected] with the subject "Hello & Play — Data Deletion Request". 2. Include the email or phone number associated with your account, if any, and describe the information to delete. 3. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity to protect users. 4. We will review and act on the request as applicable, and communicate completion or any relevant exceptions.
Types of data
Account details, contacts, preferences, conversations, reminders, memories and activity records, where actually collected and stored. Some data may need to be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention or dispute resolution.
WhatsApp message history
Deletion from Hello & Play does not necessarily erase copies stored on your device or by WhatsApp. WhatsApp controls and policies apply to those copies.
During development
This website does not create accounts or send or collect WhatsApp messages. If you have not used an active product, there may be no personal account data to delete.
